Held in honor of pioneer surfboard builder and entrepreneur, Dale Velzy, this annual event brings together the best surfers in the area to showcase the skill and dynamic nature of longboard surfing.
Held every September at the world-famous Doheny State Beach, this one-day event is a blast to participate in.
Following the surfing event is our fun-filled Luau: food, Polynesian dancers, and amazing raffle prizes. You’ll not want to miss this amazing close to the summer seaason. This Luau is a private event. Tickets must be purchased to attend.

ENTRY FEE: Members: $75. Non-Members: $85.
